Paul Odongo is a budget facilitator from Kakamega county who managed to win Transparency Integrity Action Award 2024 at Saravo Panfrica hotel Nairobi, his dedication & commitments to public finance in Kakamega has been outstanding to ensure that women and youths are meaningfully engaged in matters public participation & budget process to hold duty bearers accountable.

He has been on the forefront to influence key policy i.e Kakamega public participation policy among others he is also recognized for his good work on social accountability in health sector. He has worked closely with Transparency International under Usawa mashinani project for the last 7 years to ensure a positive change in the Governance of Kakamega county.
